      Overland Stage Line on February 1866 became the Holladay Overland Mail and Express Company when Ben Holladay took over the Butterfield Overland Mail Company

     When Ben Holladay sold out to Wells Fargo in November 1866, the Holladay Overland Mail and Express Company was covering 2,670 miles with concord stagecoaches in the west
